The Garland SUME-200 Double Deck Full-Size Electric Convection Oven lets you bake perfect pastries quickly and evenly or roast various meats without drying them out.
With two full-size convection ovens in one unit, your restaurant can double food production without using extra floor space. The two ovens have individual controls and timers, so you can cook two different recipes at once.
The SUME-200 has 10.4 kW of power and a 3/4 hp two-speed fan motor per oven, which distributes heat effectively, ensuring your food is cooked evenly every time.
The convection ovens are made of durable stainless steel with enameled porcelain interiors. The coved corners inside the ovens make them easy to clean. The oven dimensions are 29”W x 24”D x 24”H, providing plenty of space for large quantities needed in the food service industry. The SUME-200 also includes five chrome-plated oven racks with 10 adjustable positions per oven.
