It features direct spark ignition for easy startup and a safety shutoff function. The ovens are made of durable stainless steel with enamelled porcelain interiors and coved corners for easy cleaning. Measuring 29”W x 24”D x 24”H inside, they offer plenty of space for large quantities of food. There are five chrome-plated oven racks per oven with 10 adjustable positions.

Using your Garland SUMG-200 Double Deck Full-Size Natural Gas Convection Oven is easy. First, make sure it's properly connected to the natural gas supply using the 1' gas inlet connection. Then, turn on the oven using the direct spark ignition. You can set the temperature and cooking time on the dual easy - to - use oven controls. Each oven has its own control and 60 - minute timer, so you can cook different dishes at the same time. Place your food on the chrome - plated oven racks, which have 10 adjustable positions for flexibility. Remember to use heat - resistant gloves when handling hot racks and food. As for maintenance, after each use, let the oven cool down completely. Wipe the interior, especially the enamelled porcelain parts and coved corners, with a damp cloth for easy cleaning.
