Using the Nella 22 Stainless Steel Gas/Wood - Fired Pizza Oven is a breeze. First, decide on your power source - gas, wood, or charcoal. If using wood or charcoal, place them inside the oven and light them up. For gas, connect the gas supply properly. Pre - heat the oven until it reaches your desired temperature between 0 - 400°C. You can make pizza, bread, or cook meat in it. When making pizza, just put your prepared pizza inside and wait about 5 minutes. While using, be careful of the hot parts, especially the handle, even though it's wooden. Always use oven mitts. After each use, let the oven cool down completely. Then, clean the inside with a soft brush, especially around the firebrick. For the exterior, wipe it with a damp cloth. Keep the oven in a dry place when not in use to prevent rusting.
