Once it reaches the desired temperature, you can start cooking your pizza, bread, or roast meats on the 3 cooking levels with the 2 grilling racks. Remember, the oven can maintain a constant temperature for about 4 hours even without adding more firewood. After the flame is extinguished, it will stay at around 100°C for about 8 hours. When using the oven, always keep it in a well - ventilated area. Also, be careful when opening the oven door as it can be very hot. For maintenance, since the cooking chamber is made of 304 stainless steel and is removable, you can easily clean it after each use. Just wipe it down with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly.
