The high-performance gear-driven motor maintains a constant blade speed during slicing for precise results. The carriage smoothly rolls on ball bearings, and the anodized aluminum body simplifies cleaning. These slicers can be cleaned without tools as the carriage, end grip, and blade cover are easily detachable. Made of anodized aluminum alloy, it resists food acids. The smooth finish is both durable and easy to clean. The streamlined design and rounded corners of the polished anodized aluminum body make post-use cleaning a breeze. The high-carbon steel, hard-chromed blade has a hollow ground taper, allowing for full-life sharpening and facilitating penetration and slice detachment.

Using your Nella meat slicer is easy. First, place it on a stable countertop. Make sure it's plugged into a 110V, 60Hz power source with the provided NEMA 5-15P plug. Before slicing, adjust the cut thickness according to your needs, ranging from 0 to 25 mm. Put the meat on the carriage and start the slicer. The gear-driven motor will keep the blade moving at a constant speed for precise slices. When you're done slicing, turn off the slicer and unplug it. Then, remove the carriage, end grip, and blade cover for easy cleaning. You can wash these parts with mild soap and water. Wipe down the anodized aluminum body with a damp cloth. Don't forget to dry all the parts thoroughly to prevent rust. Keep the slicer in a dry place when not in use. Always follow safety rules. Use the fixed blade ring guard and aluminum thumb guard to protect yourself. If you need to sharpen the blade, do it carefully as the blade has a special design for full-life sharpening.
