Using the Nella 9-Inch Manual Meat Slicer is easy. First, place it on a stable countertop. Plug it into a 120V, 60 Hz, 1 Phase power source using the NEMA 5-15P plug. Adjust the slice thickness according to your needs, from 0 to 15 mm. Put the meat or vegetable on the carriage and gently push it towards the blade. The ball bearings will ensure smooth movement and clean slices. When you're done slicing, make sure to turn off the power. To clean the slicer, disassemble all the parts easily. Wash them with mild soap and water, then dry them thoroughly. Remember, the slicer is for low-volume operations, up to 30 minutes a day. Always keep the blade guard in place for safety.
