Using the 109PC meat slicer is a breeze. First, make sure the machine is plugged in and turned on. Place the boneless meat into the loading chamber. Use the user - friendly keypad to set your desired slicing thickness and select from one of the 7 programmable programs. Once everything is set, start the slicing process. The pusher will move the meat towards the blade and after the last slice, it will automatically return to the home position. When you're done slicing, turn off the machine and unplug it. For maintenance, clean the blade and the loading chamber regularly. Wipe down the controller with a damp cloth, but be careful as it's splash - proof, not fully waterproof. Since this product is UL and NSF certified, always follow safety and food - handling guidelines. And remember, don't overload the machine beyond its capacity.
