Using the Nella 13628 meat slicer is easy. First, make sure it's properly plugged in using the NEMA 5 - 15P plug. Place the meat or vegetables on the carriage. Adjust the thickness control to your desired slice thickness, which can range from 0 to 16 mm. Then, turn on the slicer and let the carriage move smoothly on the ball bearings to slice your food. When you're done slicing, always unplug the machine for safety. To clean it, disassemble the parts as it's designed to be easily taken apart. Wash the blade and other removable parts with mild soap and warm water, then dry them thoroughly. For maintenance, regularly check the blade's sharpness. If it starts to lose its edge, you can sharpen it thanks to the hollow ground taper design. Keep the machine in a dry place, and don't expose the handle to temperatures higher than 475°F / 246°C. Also, since it's ETL certified, always follow the North American safety standards while using it.
