The Imperial Restaurant Ranges come equipped with PyroCentric™ anti - clogging burners. They are easy to clean and offer instant ignition. The oven has a linear burner that provides even 35,000 BTU (10 KW) heating. A unique burner baffle distributes heat evenly. The standard oven can fit 18” x 26” standard sheet pans, and it comes with one chrome rack. The convection oven option with 30,000 BTU/hr (9 KW) and a 1/4 hp blower motor cooks food quickly, evenly, and with less shrinkage.
