The Imperial Restaurant Ranges come equipped with a powerful PyroCentric™ 32,000 BTU (9 KW) anti - clogging burner that also offers a 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) low simmer. The burners are easy to clean as they can be lifted off and separated without any gaskets or screws. With one standing pilot per burner, you get instant ignition every time.
The Imperial oven features a linear burner that evenly heats the 35,000 BTU (10 KW) oven. A unique burner baffle distributes heat evenly in the oven cavity. The standard oven can fit 18” x 26” standard - sized sheet pans both front - to - back and side - by - side, and comes with one chrome rack. The convection oven has a 30,000 BTU/hr (9 KW) output with a 1/4 hp blower motor, allowing for fast and even cooking with less shrinkage.
