The Imperial Restaurant Ranges are equipped with PyroCentric™ anti - clogging burners that provide 32,000 BTU (9 KW) power and a 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) low setting. They are easy to clean as they lift off and separate without gaskets or screws. With one standing pilot per burner, you get instant ignition.
The Imperial oven features a linear burner for even heating in its 35,000 BTU (10 KW) cavity. A unique burner baffle distributes heat evenly. It can fit 18” x 26” standard sheet pans front - to - back and side - by - side, and comes with one chrome rack. The convection oven has 30,000 BTU/hr (9 KW) and a 1/4 hp blower motor, cooking food quickly and evenly with less shrinkage.
