The Imperial IR-6-G36T-E 36-inch flat griddle electric restaurant range is outfitted with six powerful 2 kW 9-inch sealed round plate elements. Its solid top and flat surface not only enable fast and even heating but also make cleaning a breeze. The infinite heat controls offer maximum flexibility for precise cooking.
The IR-6 Electric Series Ovens are designed with a high-performance 5.4 kW element and a unique baffle above it to distribute heat evenly in the oven cavity. The oven can accommodate 18” x 26” standard-sized sheet pans, and it comes with one chrome rack. It has a heavy-duty thermostat with a temperature range of 150º F to 500º F (65º C to 260º C), and the interior sides, rear, deck, and door lining are porcelainized for easy cleaning.

Using Your Imperial IR-6-G36T-E Range: To start using your range, first, make sure it's properly connected to a 208V, 3-phase power source. For the griddle, turn on the infinite heat controls to your desired temperature between 150°F and 500°F. The solid flat surface will heat up quickly and evenly, allowing you to cook your food efficiently. For the oven, set the heavy-duty thermostat to your preferred temperature. The unique baffle above the 5.4 kW element will distribute heat evenly throughout the oven cavity. You can place your 18” x 26” standard-sized sheet pans on the included chrome rack. Cleaning: The stainless - steel construction of the griddle and the porcelainized sides, back, deck, and door lining of the oven make cleaning easy. Use a mild detergent and a soft cloth to wipe them down after each use. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they may damage the surfaces.
