The Imperial Restaurant Ranges are equipped with PyroCentric™ anti-clogging burners that offer 32,000 BTU (9 KW) of power and a 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) low simmer. These burners are easy to clean as they can be lifted off and separated without gaskets or screws. Each burner has a standing pilot for quick ignition.
The Imperial oven uses a linear burner to provide even heat in the 35,000 BTU (10 KW) oven. A unique burner baffle distributes heat evenly in the oven cavity. The standard oven can fit 18” x 26” standard-sized sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side, and comes with one chrome rack. The convection oven has 30,000 BTU/hr (9 KW) and a 1/4 hp blower motor, cooking food quickly and evenly with less shrinkage.
