The Imperial Restaurant Ranges are equipped with PyroCentric™ anti - clogging burners that offer 32,000 BTU (9 KW) of power and a 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) low simmer. These burners are easy to clean as they can be lifted off and separated without gaskets or screws. There's a standing pilot for each burner for quick ignition.
The Imperial oven features a linear burner that provides even heating in the 35,000 BTU (10 KW) oven. A unique burner baffle distributes heat evenly in the oven cavity. The standard oven can fit 18” x 26” standard - sized sheet pans both front - to - back and side - by - side, and comes with one chrome rack. The convection oven, with 30,000 BTU/hr (9 KW) and a 1/4 hp blower motor, cooks food quickly and evenly with less shrinkage.
