The front, sides, and 5-inch wide front rail are made of stainless steel. Comes with 6-inch legs having adjustable feet. Eight StarfirePro 2-piece, 33,000 Btuh/ 9.67 kW (natural gas), cast open burners are set in split cast iron ergonomic grates. You can choose a griddle or an optional hot top with cast iron 'H' style burners (18,000 Btuh/5.27 kW natural gas) instead of open burners. One-piece oven with porcelain interior and heavy-duty, 'keep cool' door handle. Heavy cast iron 'H' oven burner rated 32,000 Btuh/ 9.38 kW (natural gas) for space saver oven, and 38,000 Btuh/11.13 kW (natural gas) for standard oven. Oven is controlled by an even bake, fast recovery snap action modulating oven thermostat. Available with convection oven instead of standard oven or storage base instead of oven(s).
Using this Garland range is a breeze. First, make sure it's properly connected to the natural gas supply. Adjust the 6 - inch stainless - steel legs to level the range on your floor. You can start cooking on the four 33,000 BTU Starfire - Pro burners right away. If you've got the griddle, turn on the cast iron 'H' style burners and start grilling. For the oven, set the temperature using the manual controls and wait for it to reach the desired heat. When using the oven, always use the 'keep cool' door handle to avoid burns.
