The PureVection™ technology will ensure optimal cooking results for baking, broiling, roasting, and convection baking. Make sure to use the two included oven racks for different cooking needs. As for maintenance, clean the heavy-duty cast iron grates regularly with a grill brush. The exclusive raised pattern burner caps are easy to remove and clean, and the removable oven door allows for hassle-free cleaning inside the oven. The seamless welded stainless steel top with the griddle plate can be wiped down with a mild cleaner. Remember, this range is ETL certified, so it meets North American product safety standards.
