The Imperial Restaurant Ranges feature PyroCentric™ anti-clogging burners with 32,000 BTU (9 KW) and a 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) low setting. They're easy to clean and offer instant ignition.
The Imperial oven uses a linear burner to provide even heating in the 35,000 BTU (10 KW) oven. A unique burner baffle distributes heat evenly. The standard oven fits 18” x 26” standard sheet pans, and comes with one chrome rack. The convection oven option has 30,000 BTU/hr (9 KW) and a 1/4 hp blower motor for quick, even cooking with less shrinkage.
