The Imperial Restaurant Ranges come equipped with a PyroCentric™ 32,000 BTU (9 KW) anti-clogging burner with a 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) low setting. The burners are anti-clogging, lift-off, and easy to clean without gaskets or screws. Each burner has a standing pilot for instant ignition.
The Imperial oven uses a linear burner to provide even heating in the 35,000 BTU (10 KW) oven. A unique burner baffle distributes heat for uniform temperatures inside the oven. The standard oven can fit 18” x 26” standard-sized sheet pans, and it comes with one chrome rack. The convection oven has 30,000 BTU/hr (9 KW) and a 1/4 hp blower motor, cooking food quickly and evenly with less shrinkage.
