Using the Garland X36-6R Sunfire range is easy. First, make sure it's connected to a proper liquid propane supply. To use the burners, turn the control knobs to the desired heat level. You can place different sized pots and pans on the removable 12”x12” cast iron top grates. For the oven, set the thermostat to your desired temperature between 180°F and 500°F. Place your food on the adjustable rack at the appropriate height. When using the range, always keep flammable items away from the burners and oven. Don't overload the burners with extremely heavy cookware. After each use, let the range cool down completely. To clean the burners, remove the top grates and clean them with warm, soapy water. Wipe the burner heads to remove any debris. For the oven, use a mild oven cleaner on the porcelain door liner and floor. The split crumb trays can be removed and washed in the dishwasher. Check the adjustable legs regularly to make sure the range is stable. If you need to move the range, be careful not to damage the stainless - steel parts.
