Using your Nella 24-inch Countertop Natural Gas Griddle is easy. First, make sure it's properly connected to a natural gas supply using the 3/4-inch rear gas connection. Then, turn on the standing pilot ignition to start the burners. Use the thermostatic control to set your desired temperature, which can range from 93°C to 232°C (200°F to 450°F). Let the griddle pre-heat for about 15 minutes before you start cooking. You can cook different foods in the independent cooking zones to suit your menu. When you're done cooking, turn off the burners and let the griddle cool down completely. To clean it, remove the 4.5 qt grease drawer through the weep hole and empty it. Wipe the stainless steel surface with a damp cloth and a mild cleaner. Make sure to check the adjustable non-slip feet regularly to ensure the griddle is stable. Also, since it's ETL Certified and on the ETL Sanitation List, follow the North American product safety and sanitation standards when using and maintaining it.
