Using the Imperial IABR - 24 charbroiler is easy. First, make sure it's properly connected to a natural gas supply with the 3/4 - inch gas connection. Then, turn on the gas and use the front - mounted control knobs to adjust the temperature according to what you're cooking. You can control each of the four 20,000 BTU/hr burners individually for more flexibility. When you're done cooking, turn off the gas and let the charbroiler cool down. For cleaning, remove the grease pan and clean it regularly to prevent clogs. Also, take out the cast - iron radiants and give them a good clean to keep the broiling even.
