Using your Imperial IABR - 48 Charbroiler is easy. First, make sure it's properly connected to a natural gas source with a 3/4 - inch connection. Turn on the gas supply and use the front - mounted control knobs to adjust the heat as needed for different types of meats. Each burner can be controlled individually, so you can have different heat zones. When you're done cooking, turn off the gas and let the charbroiler cool down completely.
