Using your Atosa ATCB - 48 charbroiler is a breeze. First, make sure it's placed on a stable surface and adjust the stainless - steel legs if needed. Connect it to a natural gas supply. Turn on the standby pilot and then use the independent manual controls to light each burner. You can start cooking your favorite meats, vegetables, etc. on the reversible cast iron grates. When you're done cooking, turn off the burners. For cleaning, take out the grates and wipe them down. The drip hole makes it easy to clean up any grease or drippings. Keep the stainless - steel body clean with a mild cleaner. Regularly check the lava briquettes and replace them if they're worn out. Also, follow all the safety instructions and keep the area around the charbroiler clear. This will help your charbroiler last a long time and work great every time you use it.
