Using your EmberGlo 31F-KABOB 36-Inch Floor Model Liquid Propane Radiant Open Hearth Charbroiler is a breeze. First, make sure it's properly connected to a liquid propane source and the voltage supply (120V, 60 Hz, 1.5 amps). Turn on the burners, and wait for the ceramic hearth to heat up to 1600°.
