Using your Clementino pizza oven is easy. First, decide if you want to use gas or wood as your fuel. If using wood, place dry wood pieces in the designated area. For gas, connect your liquid propane tank properly. Once the fuel is set, start the fire and let the oven heat up. It'll reach 750°F in 15 - 20 minutes. While the oven is heating, you can prepare your pizza on the stainless - steel front shelf. When the oven is hot, slide your pizza onto the 3cm refractory stone inside the cooking chamber. It should cook in about 2 minutes. When you're done cooking, let the oven cool down completely before cleaning. Use a soft brush to clean the refractory stone and wipe the stainless - steel shelf with a damp cloth. Keep the oven in a dry place and check the rockwool insulation periodically for any signs of damage. Remember, this oven is UL Classified EPH and complies with safety standards, but always follow basic safety rules when using it.
