Using your Nella 24-inch Countertop Radiant Natural Gas Charbroiler is easy. First, make sure it's properly connected to a natural gas source using the 3/4-inch rear gas connection. Adjust the adjustable non-skid feet to ensure it sits level on your countertop. Turn on the gas and use the manual controls to set the desired temperature in each cooking zone. Pre-heat the charbroiler for about 5 minutes before you start cooking. Place your food on the cooking surface and grill away. Remember to use the back and side splash guards to protect your workspace. After cooking, let the charbroiler cool down completely. Remove the full-width crumb tray and clean it.
