Using your Nella 12-Inch Manual Horizontal Belt-Driven Meat Slicer is a breeze. First, make sure it's placed on a stable countertop. Plug it into a 110V, 60 Hz, 1-phase power source using the NEMA 5-15P plug. Then, adjust the slice thickness between 0 and 16 mm according to your needs. Place the meat or vegetable on the carriage and use the meat grip to hold it securely. Turn on the motor and start slicing. You can slice for up to two hours a day. When you're done, unplug the slicer. To clean it, simply remove the parts that are easy to take off and wash them with mild soap and water. Make sure to dry them thoroughly before reassembling. Always be careful when handling the extremely sharp blade. Keep your hands away from the blade while it's moving. Also, don't exceed the 2-hour daily slicing limit to avoid overheating the motor. Periodically use the sharpener to keep the blade in good condition.
