The 109PC Electronic model is controlled by a 7 - programmable keypad connected to a microprocessor. This allows operators to set product thickness from 1/16” (1.5mm) up to 30” (762mm) easily, saving time on thickness changes and operator training. The product pusher automatically returns to its starting position after the last slice.

Using this meat slicer is easy. First, power on the machine. Then, use the user - friendly keypad to select one of the 7 programmable programs according to the thickness you need. You can set the thickness from 1/16” (1.5mm) up to 30” (762mm). Place the boneless meat in the loading chamber. The machine will start slicing at a high speed, up to 180 or 170 slices per minute depending on the model. After the last slice, the product pusher will automatically return to its home position. When using the machine, make sure to keep your hands away from the blade to avoid injury. Also, don't overload the loading chamber. For maintenance, clean the machine regularly after each use. Wipe down the blade gently and make sure the controller is dry as it's splash - proof but not fully waterproof. Keep the machine in a dry and clean place when not in use.
