This Nella #14 meat netting has a 4.5-inch working diameter and is made of elastic, food-grade polyester and latex. It's incredibly easy to use and ideal for shaping meats during smoking or roasting. Whether it's meat or poultry, fresh or cooked, this netting gets the job done fast. It offers a more uniform and professional look compared to butcher's twine and releases easily from the meat after cooking. With 150 feet per roll, it's great for stuffing chicken breasts, sausage, or sopersotta. It can withstand a maximum temperature of 450°F. The netting is white, 2.5 inches wide, and has a model number of NET14.


Using this Nella meat netting is a breeze. First, select the appropriate meat or poultry you want to cook or smoke. Stretch the netting over the meat, making sure it fits snugly to hold the meat in the desired shape. For stuffing chicken breasts, gently insert the filling and then cover it with the netting. When it comes to cooking, you can use it in an oven or smoker, but remember the maximum temperature is 450°F. After cooking, simply pull the netting off the meat, and it should come off easily. As for maintenance, keep the netting in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid exposing it to sharp objects that could tear it. If it gets dirty, you can wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
