  • The anti - clogging burners can be easily lifted off and separated for cleaning, no gaskets or screws needed.
  • Each burner has a standing pilot for instant ignition.
  • The front grates measure 12 inches x 11 inches (305 x 279 mm), and the back grates are 12 inches x 13 inches (305 x 330 mm).
  • The back grates are sized to hold large stock pots directly over the burner and have a hot - air dam.
  • Pots can slide smoothly between sections and onto the landing ledge.
  • The cast - iron grates ensure a long service life.

The Imperial Restaurant Ranges feature a PyroCentric™ 32,000 BTU (9 KW) anti - clogging burner with a 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) low setting. The burners are easy to clean, no gaskets or screws. There's a standing pilot for instant ignition per burner.

The Imperial oven uses a linear burner for even 35,000 BTU (10 KW) heating. A unique burner baffle distributes heat evenly in the oven. It fits 18” x 26” standard sheet pans, and comes with one chrome rack. The convection oven, with 30,000 BTU/hr (9 KW) and a 1/4 hp blower motor, cooks food quickly and evenly with less shrinkage.

Using Your Imperial IR - G36 Range: To start cooking, turn on the standing pilot for the burner you want to use. You'll get instant ignition. Adjust the flame according to your cooking needs, taking advantage of the low - simmer feature for gentle cooking. Place your pots on the grates; the front and back grates are sized differently to accommodate various pot sizes. For oven use, pre - heat it to your desired temperature. The oven's linear burner and unique baffle ensure even heating. You can fit standard 18” x 26” sheet pans inside. If you're using the convection feature, it will cook your food faster and more evenly with less shrinkage. Just turn on the 1/4 hp blower motor. Note: Make sure the range is installed in a well - ventilated area as it runs on natural gas. When cleaning, lift off the burners easily as they are anti - clogging and don't have gaskets or screws. Clean the grates regularly to maintain their long service life. Always follow safety guidelines as the product is ETL, UL, and CE certified.
