Using the Hobart 12/22PN - SST feed pan is easy. First, place the meat you want to grind into the pan. Make sure it's set up with the straight throat chop end and compatible 4812 or 4822 food chopper or meat grinder. When you're ready, just let the meat go through the grinder. As for maintenance, since it's made of stainless steel, cleaning is simple. Just use a mild detergent and warm water to wash it after each use. Rinse well and dry thoroughly. Remember, this is a special order item, so handle it with care. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they might damage the stainless - steel surface.
