Using your Ikon IMG-24 griddle is easy. First, make sure it's properly connected to a natural gas source. Adjust the legs to level the griddle on your countertop. Turn the manual gas controls to ignite the burners and set your desired temperature. You can cook various foods on the large cooking area. When you're done cooking, turn off the gas controls. For maintenance, remove the grease drawer regularly to empty the collected grease. Wipe the griddle surface with a damp cloth. The stainless steel construction is easy to clean, but avoid using abrasive cleaners. Also, keep the griddle in a dry place when not in use. Remember, this griddle is CSA certified, so you can trust its safety and performance.
