Using the Eurodib SFE01860 - 220 electric countertop fryer is easy. First, make sure it's placed on a stable countertop with the slip - resistant feet firmly on the surface. Then, plug it into a 220 - 240V power source using the 6 - 20P plug. Pour your cooking oil into the tank up to the recommended level. Set the temperature using the thermostatic control according to what you're frying. The indicator light will show when the fryer is ready. Put your food in the nickel - plated fry basket and lower it into the oil. When done, lift the basket out and let the oil drain. For cleaning, tilt the removable head assembly and take out the tank. Wash the tank and basket with mild soap and water. Remember to unplug the fryer before cleaning. Also, don't overload the fryer with too much food at once.
