Using your Eurodib SFE01860-120 electric countertop fryer is a piece of cake. First, make sure it's on a flat and stable countertop thanks to its slip-resistant feet. Then, pour oil into the tank up to the recommended level. Plug it in using the NEMA 5-20P plug. Use the thermostatic control to set your desired temperature between 105 and 370 degrees Fahrenheit. The indicator light will show you when it's ready. Put your food in the nickel-plated fry basket and lower it into the hot oil. When done, lift out the basket and let the food drain. As for maintenance, after each use, wait for the fryer to cool down. Then, tilt and remove the head assembly to take out the tank. Clean the tank and the fry basket with mild detergent and warm water. Remember, this fryer has thermal overload protection, but don't leave it unattended while it's on. Also, since it's UL Canada & USA and NSF certified, it meets high safety and food - related standards, but always follow basic safety rules when cooking.
