Using the Eurodib Diablo 12D27G Chamber Vacuum Sealer is easy. First, place the food you want to seal in a suitable vacuum bag and put it in the chamber. Close the transparent lid. Then, use the simple control panel to set the vacuum and sealing time according to the type of food. You can choose different settings for dry or moist foods. Once you've set the time, press the start button and the machine will start the vacuuming and sealing process. You can easily monitor what's going on through the transparent lid. When the cycle is done, the machine will stop automatically. As for maintenance, keep the machine clean after each use. Wipe the chamber and the seal bars with a soft, damp cloth. Make sure to check the oil level in the oil pump regularly and change the oil as recommended in the manual. Also, keep the machine in a dry and cool place. And remember, always follow the safety instructions in the manual to avoid any accidents.
