Using your Garland GTBG36-AR36 charbroiler is easy. First, make sure it's properly connected to a natural gas source with the 3/4” NPT connection. Then, use the manual controls to set your desired temperature. You can adjust the grates to get the perfect heat distribution for your food. When cooking, place your food on the heavy - duty cast iron grates. For safety, always keep a safe distance from the hot grates and burners. Also, ensure the area around the charbroiler is well - ventilated. As for maintenance, after each use, let the charbroiler cool down completely.
