Using your GI Metal I - 23F Azzurra pizza peel is a breeze. First, adjust the sliding grip on the handle to a comfortable position according to your hand. Then, slide the thin - edged head under the pizza on the prep table. The perforations on the head will let excess flour fall off, keeping your oven clean. Once the pizza is on the peel, carefully transfer it into the large professional electric oven. When the pizza is cooked, use the peel to rotate it and remove it from the oven smoothly. Remember to keep the peel away from extremely high temperatures that could damage the polymer grips. After each use, wash the stainless - steel head with mild soap and warm water. Dry it thoroughly to prevent rust. Store the peel in a dry place with the head up to maintain its shape.
