Using your Biro 922SS Manual Feed Meat Grinder is easy. First, make sure it's properly plugged into a 115V or 220V power source. Then, place the meat in the pan. You can start the grinder and manually feed the meat into it. It can grind 12 - 20 lb per minute, so work at a steady pace. When you're done, unplug the grinder. For cleaning, you can remove the bowl assembly and feed tray without any tools. Wash them thoroughly with warm, soapy water. Remember to dry all parts completely before reassembling. As for maintenance, check the HTD belt regularly for wear and tear. If it shows signs of damage, replace it. Also, keep the grinder in a dry place to prevent rust. And if you want different grinding results, you can buy the optional plate hole sizes at an extra cost. This grinder is NSF and UL certified, so it's safe to use, but always follow basic safety rules when operating it.
