The Advansys LXGeR - 2 uses a 4.9 kW booster heater to heat water to the required 180°F for effective sanitization. Thanks to Hobart’s energy recovery technology, it recycles hot water vapour to preheat water for the next cycle, saving energy costs and reducing steam in the air.
