Quickly and effectively clean and sterilize all your glassware with the Hobart LXGeR-1 Advansys Hot Water Sanitizing Glasswasher. This eco-friendly commercial glasswasher is a water-saving champion, using only 0.62 gallons of water per rack. It offers two wash cycles - light and normal. On the light cycle, it can clean up to 30 racks in an hour, while on the normal cycle, it can handle up to 24 racks. Cycle times are 120 seconds on light and 146 seconds on normal.
The Advansys LXGeR-1 uses a 4.9 kW booster heater to heat water to a minimum of 180°F for effective sanitization. Thanks to Hobart’s energy recovery technology, it recycles hot water vapour from the wash and rinse cycles to preheat water for the next cycle, slashing energy costs and reducing steam release. The soft start feature protects your glasses during the wash and rinse cycles.
This unit has an intelligent microcomputer above the door with a digital display for easy setting and monitoring. Advanced service diagnostics and low chemical warnings let you know when to service the machine or refill chemicals. It also alerts you to clogged wash arms and offers automated delime and clean cycles.
With its sleek, stainless steel cabinet, it fits any decor style. The 14-inch legs maximize space by providing storage for dishwashing and cleaning chemicals. For your convenience, it includes one glass/wine glass rack, as well as detergent, rinse-aid, and delime pumps.

Using the Hobart LXGeR-1 Advansys Hot Water Sanitizing Glasswasher is a breeze. First, make sure you've installed it properly and connected it to the right power supply (it works with 120V or 208 - 240V). Fill the detergent, rinse - aid, and delime pumps as needed. Place your glassware in the included glass/wine glass rack and load it into the machine. Select the appropriate wash cycle - light for less dirty glassware or normal for a deeper clean. Then start the machine and let it do its job. During operation, keep an eye on the digital display on the intelligent microcomputer above the door. It'll show you the progress of the cycle. If you see a low chemical warning, it's time to refill the pumps. As for maintenance, follow the automated delime and clean cycles recommended by the advanced diagnostics. This will keep the inside of the machine clean and the wash arms unclogged. Also, check the water connections regularly to make sure there are no leaks. Remember, this product comes bare wire and must be hardwired, so if you're not experienced with electrical work, it's best to have a professional handle the installation. And since it uses hot water for sanitization, be careful when opening the door after a cycle to avoid steam burns.
