Using the Atosa ATTG-48 gas griddle is easy. First, make sure it's connected to a proper gas source using the 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection. Then, turn on the burners using the independent manual controls for each 12-inch section to set your desired cooking temperature. You can cook all sorts of delicious food like bacon and burgers on the thick 1-inch polished steel griddle plate. After use, let the griddle cool down completely. Remove the stainless steel grease drawer and empty it to get rid of excess oil and food debris. Wipe the griddle surface with a soft cloth for a smooth finish. Keep the exterior and interior clean to maintain its rust resistance. Make sure to check the legs for stability and adjust them if needed. Also, remember that this griddle is ETL Certified, so it meets safety standards, but always follow basic safety rules when using it.
