Using the Ikon ISP-18 Stock Pot Range is a breeze. First, make sure the gas connection is properly attached and the regulator is set correctly. Then, turn on the standing pilot ignition system to start the burner. You can use the two infinite heat controls per section to adjust the temperature according to your cooking needs. For example, if you're boiling water, you can set it to a high heat, and for simmering, a lower heat. When you're done cooking, turn off the burners and let the range cool down before cleaning. To clean the range, remove the cast iron grates and the crumb tray. Wash them with warm, soapy water and dry them thoroughly. You can wipe the stainless steel front and sides with a damp cloth. Make sure to check the adjustable legs regularly to ensure the range is level. Also, keep the storage area in the cabinet clean and organized.
