Using your Hoshizaki HNC-150BA-L-SLH sushi display case is a breeze. First, plug it into a proper electrical outlet using the 6.5-foot cord with a 5 - 15P NEMA plug. You can place your sushi and other foods on the included 4 food plates. You can even flip the plates to improve the cooling performance. Keep an eye on the NSF-approved thermometer to make sure the temperature is right for your food. Cleaning is easy thanks to the full-length front curved glass. Just wipe it down regularly. For maintenance, check the large-diameter drain at the front and make sure it's not clogged. The condenser airflow is from the back and out the side, so keep the area around these parts clear. And remember, this unit comes with a two-year parts warranty on the compressor and a one-year parts and labor warranty on the whole machine, so you can use it with confidence.
