Using the Catering Line 5050 Wood Gnocchi Board is super easy. First, knead your gnocchi dough until it's smooth. Then, take a small piece of the dough and roll it on the board to shape it into a long cylinder. Press the cylinder gently against the ridged surface to create those signature grooves. Repeat the process until you've used up all the dough. As for maintenance, after each use, wash the board with mild soap and warm water.
