Using this Nella boning knife is a breeze. For deboning poultry, hold the handle firmly and use the curved blade to gently separate the meat from the bones. When filleting fish, start from the tail and glide the blade along the bone. Always keep your fingers away from the blade to avoid cuts. After use, wash the knife with warm, soapy water and dry it immediately to prevent rust on the stainless - steel blade. Don't put it in the dishwasher as it can damage the rosewood handle. Occasionally, you can apply a small amount of food - safe oil to the handle to keep it in good condition.
