Using the Nella 13-inch meat slicer is easy. First, place it on a stable countertop. Plug it into a 110V power outlet. Adjust the slice thickness according to your needs, anywhere from 0 to 16 mm. Put the meat or vegetable in the meat grip to keep it steady. Then, turn on the slicer and start slicing. Remember to always use the meat grip to avoid getting your fingers near the sharp blade. When you're done, turn off the slicer and unplug it. To clean it, remove the parts that are easy to take off and wash them with mild soap and water. Make sure to dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling. For maintenance, use the sharpener regularly to keep the blade in good condition. Don't exceed the 2-hour daily slicing limit to avoid overheating the motor.
