Using your Fetco CBS - 2152XTS coffee brewer is a breeze. First, make sure it's plugged into a 208 - 240V power source with the right phase (1 or 3). Fill the 1.5 - gallon tanks with water. You can adjust the brewing temperature on the digital display according to your preference. Place your coffee grounds in the removable brew basket and start the brewing process. It'll brew up to 1.5 gallons of coffee in just 8 minutes. The dual - station design allows you to brew and dispense at the same time. There's also a hot water faucet for making tea or other hot drinks. When you're done, don't forget to clean the brew basket. It's easy to remove for cleaning. Also, note that the dispenser is sold separately. To keep your brewer in top shape, regularly check for any lime buildup, especially around the spray dome. Since it has a cascading spray dome, lime buildup is less of an issue, but it's still a good idea to clean it occasionally.
