Load some wood into the log holder on the left side and light it up. Thanks to the unique direct air system, the flames will follow the curve of the roof, saving wood and heating up the oven efficiently. The built - in thermometer will let you know when the oven reaches the desired temperature of up to 400°C, which usually takes 15 - 20 minutes. Once it's hot, you can start cooking your pizza, meat, vegetables, bread, or cakes through the large open mouth. After cooking, use the included rake to move the log holder for easy cleanup.
