Using your Hatco Krampouz KCME - 1RCT Crepe Maker is easy. First, make sure it's properly plugged into a 208/240V power source. Then, adjust the temperature according to the type of batter you're using. The temperature can be set between 120° – 570°F (50° – 300°C). Once the griddle is heated, use the included spreader to evenly distribute the batter on the griddle surface. After cooking, use the spatula to flip and remove the crepe.
When using the KCME - 1RND (120V) model, don't run it continuously for more than five hours at a time. For other models, they're powerful enough for a full - day operation.
For maintenance, let the crepe maker cool down completely after use. Wipe the griddle surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they can damage the cast - iron surface.
