Using your Belshaw 55.75-inch Stackable 3-Deck Electric Oven is easy. First, plug it in and turn it on using the EcoTouch control panel. You can set the temperature for each deck individually using the manual thermostat, which ranges from 150 to 550°F. Just adjust it according to your recipe. You can also set a programmable timer for each deck.Place your food on the baking trays and slide them into the desired deck. Close the door gently. The double-wall insulation will keep the heat inside and ensure even baking.Once you're done cooking, wait for the oven to cool down before opening the doors. To clean the oven, remove the crumb tray and wash it with warm, soapy water. You can also remove the doors for a more thorough cleaning. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth.Note that you need to leave a 6-inch clearance around the oven for proper ventilation. And since it's a commercial-grade oven, make sure it's used in a suitable commercial environment. Have it serviced regularly to keep it in top condition.
